About the Role:
Were seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Springfield, MA! Youll work primarily with high school students, supporting both general education and Life Skills (LI) / LINKS programs.
Youll provide a mix of direct therapy and consultative services, collaborating with licensed SLPs, teachers, and support staff to help students reach their communication goals.
Key Details & Responsibilities:
Manage a high school caseload (mix of general education and life skills programs)
Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services under SLP supervision
Support students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities
Maintain consistent communication and attendance
Complete documentation and progress notes as required
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts SLPA License (screenshot required at submission)
Must pass drug screen and fingerprint/background check
Reliable transportation for daily commute
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
